I contacted David for some repair work at my house. I like to iterate that he gave me the estimate before starting the work about $1000 so I am not saying he ripped me off or anything. I thought the project should take about 8 to 10 hours. I am under the impression, licensed electrician charge about $80 per hour which is still more than what he asked but I can live with that. This is the high end of their cost. He showed up around 10:30 and he was done by 3:30. He also told me that he needs to cut the wall and fixes it for this price which he didn't. He still charged me $1100. Again, this is something that I agreed to but it's good to know he is pricy and not by hours. Everything is fine but I will not be using him again.

Terrific company, they did several small jobs around my apartment and then a major painting job. Tom is extremely responsive and organized in arranging the jobs and everyone is a pleasure to work with, efficient and knowledgeable. Especially happy with the paint job, completing a very large job in only two days. Would very highly recommend and will definitely be using in the future. Thanks!

Mo came within 24 hours of contacting him to fix a couple of patches of water damaged ceiling. He did a great job repairing the ceiling and was very friendly as well. He even checked out the plumbing work we had recently had done in our bathtub and added a bit of silicone to make sure we definitely wouldn’t have more leaks (at no extra charge). I would definitely recommend Mo to others as he is skilled and reasonably priced.
