Best Frozen Pipe Prevention in Chicago IL

I called Sunday evening expecting an appointment in a few days, they were available the next day. Had to replace a shut off valve that broke under the kitchen sink and installed a new faucet. Kept me informed of the arrival of my plumber. Ali was very courteous and explained everything he was doing and why as well as cleaned up everyrhing. Very happy with the service.

We've called these folks twice in the last few weeks for plumbing emergencies, and they've been fabulous. They come quickly, do a good job, and are just open and honest every step of the way. Will definitely be my go-to service.

I had a gangway sewer plugged up and backing up Water. They rodded the main pipe from roots of a tree in the pipes. It cost $425.00 the person stated he rooted out the pipes to the street. It did not fix the problem. They stated they do not guarantee to fix the problem. They said to try to fix the problem would be another $1200.00. Again no guarantees. They try to fix the problem by trial and error. Not very happy with this company.

We used Loves for a leak in a pipe that was causing damage in our living room. I can’t say enough great things about the work that was completed.
