Best Frozen Pipe Prevention in Chicago IL

Our main sewer line backed up on us around 7pm last night. I called Roto Rooter around 7:30pm and we had a plumber out to our house by 9:30pm. By 11pm, our main sewer line was cleared and we were back to using water, no problem. Argen (2356) was extremely professional and helpful. He was even mindful enough to ensure he didn't wake our sleeping baby in the process. Overall, we had a great experience. I hope it doesn't happen again, but if it did - I hope they'd send us Argen!

Second time APEX has come to our house for minor plumbing work. Great service.

I called Kuhn Plumbing because I needed help with the leak coming from the ceiling. 2 plumbers arrived and inspected the water damage. They were very kind to wear shoe protectors before going inside our house. They figured the leak was coming from the hot water pipe supplying our hallway bathroom. The plumbers took their time and got their materials from their car. They did a good job. I only wish they finished the job at a short time (plumbers would go in and out of the house to get materials or supplies together). I was charged $701 for the pipe repair.

We had Mike out this morning to repair our sump pump. Basically an emergency plumbing issue that couldn’t wait. He was prompt, fast and explained everything in detail. We are now back up and running! Thank you!
