Edwin was fantastic in working to clear a persistently clogged shower drain. I called in the morning and he was able to come out later that afternoon. It was clear from the way he worked that he really cares about doing a quality job and not leaving any hanging problems. He went over the top to improve the drain setup so that it would be less likely to become a problem again in the future. I highly recommend his services!

They were fast and responsive; i.e., responded and fixed my furnace issue within 6 hours of my phone call for service. The person they sent was both nice and very knowledgeable. Just short of a couple on-site hours he fixed my furnace issue and solved a fireplace problem too.

I called Cathy about 2 weeks ago to get a rate for someone to come out to take a look at my toilet. She told me they charged $169 for the 1st 30 mins and $169/hr thereafter. However, when I got my bill, I was charged for a truck service fee and a fee for using a rod. She took off the truck fee when I complained but she said that I only asked for rates and not what it would cost when I originally asked for a guy to come out. This strikes me as not being honest about the intent of getting a price. With such an attitude towards service, I cannot recommend them any less.
