Best Drains Cleaner in Chicago IL

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup Plumber
Our kitchen sink clogged and we chose Roto Rooter to come fix it up. Tim got here and was very friendly and professional. He not only was quick and efficient in helping clear our plumbing, but also educated me on how it all works and how to prevent a future clog. I would gladly choose this company again or recommend it to others.

Captain Rooter Emergency Plumbers Plumber
they don't do drywall ... They'll sure use a hammer though to get to the pipes.
These are still exposed pipes in a closet I told them not to tap.
If the bones are out, use these guys. If you're residential like me, give them a dremmel in lieu of their online coupons so they don't cost you a day in paint crew time.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. Did not honor warranty. We are out $10,000 will have to sue as owner did not honor warranty. He actually tried to charge us more to correct his botched job!

Ashland Plumbing & Heating Plumber
We had a very bad experience with Ashland Plumbing when Ron came out to connect a refrigerator water line and check a seal on a toilet. At Ron's suggestion we also replaced all of the inner mechanisms in the toilet tank (flappers, valves, et cetera) on two Toto toilets as a preventative maintenance measure. Turns out after connecting the fridge, Ron never turned the water back on. After we figured this out and turned the water back on, we discovered that the connection Ron made leaked. Also, the toilet that was working fine when Ron arrived, was now running non-stop since the replaced the innards. We had him come back out and he charged us for fixing his error with the refrigerator and the toilet. They also charged not just for the time he was here, but for the driving time from their shop. Less than $150 in materials and $900 in labor. When we objected to the fee for the second service trip, they were very argumentative, rude and unaccommodating. Be aware that they will start charging $166/hour when they get in their vehicle and not when they arrive.
