Chicagoland Quality Plumbing Inc. is the best! Edwin was professional, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. Their prices are better than competitors and I couldn't be more pleased with their services. Edwin installed a water heater and a sump pump for us and everything is working perfectly. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend this plumbing service!

I called Apex to request help with low water pressure, they came by and gave an assessment and identified the issue as needing a pressure pump, about $4000. I trusted their assessment and spent an additional $1000 to get electrical wired to support the pump. At the end of the project, the water pressure wasn’t fixed. They then came by again and said it was the pipe issue and it couldn’t be fixed with a pressure pump, that I had already paid for and installed. They would not take any returns nor any credits for their work or incorrect assessment. I messaged them about this and it was ignored. Extremely disappointed and out $5000 for nothing.

I didn't have wade through a bunch of hourly rates or quotes, and hope one was affordable. I put out the price I actually wanted to pay and had contractors bid on my project. I was able to review and see the contractors previous work. I set the time for the contractor to come out and didn't have to wait on a window of time for them to show up.
