Best Commercial Electrical Service in Chicago IL
This was my first time using the service. Although I did not have an emergency, my kitchen sink was not draining well due to a problem with the garbage disposal. They were able to send someone within a couple days.
And, they probably would have been quicker if I had labeled it as urgent.
Pete and Noah showed up on time. They were friendly, polite, and informative. They installed a new garbage disposal which has been working perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work. They completely cleaned up after themselves as well
I will use this plumbing service in the future.

We arrived home to water on our kitchen floor. I'm so happy we decided to call Rescue Plumbing first. They were here within two hours after calling, made a clear, honest assessment, and really helped us with the next steps. Thanks, Loga!

We had a problem with our sewage line and called these guys to come and fix it as they had hydro jet our line before. They arrived late and took a look at the problem. We had some issue finding the sewage cap as we didn’t know exactly where it was on the property. They told us to dig for it, it would be a $185 charge. Then, they proceeded to tell us that in order to hydro jet the line, they’d need to remove my toilet - a $435 job. I told them to keep digging, verbally agreeing to the additional $185. I stepped away for a few minutes to see if I could find documentation of where the sewage cap was, and they left. Packed up their stuff and drove away. We eventually found the cap and called them back, and they were able to fix the problem, but then told us of a potentially larger issue. Given their track record and similar experiences I’ve seen, I don’t trust them at all. Will never be using these guys again.

I have called At Water Plumbing numerous times over the past year and they have yet to disappoint. Recently, they replaced a hot water tank in my basement prep kitchen in a difficult location, needless to say they did a great job and they did it quickly. At Water has also introduced me to HAP Systems at my new location, very innovative piece of equipment, I wish I would have thought of it. I look forward to working with At Water on my next project.

Darrell from Sims and Sons scammed us out of $1000. He was unpleasant to work with and he took advantage of us.*
Sims and Sons came out to assess a leak I had. They gave me two options. One was a temporary fix that was a grand and one was a permanent fix for $2400. I trusted the plumbers to provide us with viable options and selected the $1000 fix and figured when we had more money saved we could go back and correct it for good. The temp fix lasted 5 days. They wanted to charge me the full $2400 to do the permanent fix when I had just paid $1000 for an option they provided that lasted 5 days. Darrell's employee even said it was weird the fix only lasted for 5 days. When I said that wasn't fair they were going to give me $100 off. I said no, and we ended our call. The boss, Darrell, called me. Very odd, but he said he listened in on my phone call with his employee, which I found really creepy. I did not enjoy my conversation with him. In the end he offered to do the permanent fix for $2,000. My partner and I discussed it and decided we did not want to continue to work with them. Darrell and Sims and Sons did not stand behind their work for even 5 days. They must be desperate for business if they were willing to keep our $1000. Made this whole experience take way longer than it had to and is disheartening. Do not recommend.
*if anyone is considering working with Darrell I recommend reading his response to my review. I will no longer spend my energy engaging with this company. Save your money and peace of mind and find a reliable plumber recommended by someone you trust.

I love this service! I dropped my wedding ring down the bathroom sink. I just needed a plumber to come out and unscrew the pipe under the sink and get it out. Every plumber I called wanted to come out for a free estimate even though this was a really simple job. With ChoreRelief, I just explained what I needed and provided a picture of the pipe under the sink and stated what I was willing to pay. Within an hour, I had a number of offers and hired someone who was professional and courteous. I will use the service again.

We really like Fix It People! Taylar P, Mike M and Amie made the estimate and scheduling an easy process. We had a room painted, some trim work repaired, a few outlets added and ceiling light replaced. The turnaround time was within in a week. Specifically, Roger (electrician), Enrique (painter) and Mark (painter) did a great job!
