Best Backflow Prevention Service in Chicago IL
I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and never had any issues. I typically call every 2-3 years for the same floor drain to be cleaned out.So once again Roto-rooter rep came in did the work and was great. Have no issues with worker and would appreciate working with him again. Very knowledgeable and helpful. However, all this is not worth the cost today. The guy was here about 30 minutes and cleaned one floor drain for 400, and he only went 45 feet into the drain. I needed it to be done so I paidAll works great, but will never again pay 400 to clean one drain for 45 minutes. If not for the driver and his work, I would give one star. Should have read more reviews and considered other options.

I called Apex to request help with low water pressure, they came by and gave an assessment and identified the issue as needing a pressure pump, about $4000. I trusted their assessment and spent an additional $1000 to get electrical wired to support the pump. At the end of the project, the water pressure wasn’t fixed. They then came by again and said it was the pipe issue and it couldn’t be fixed with a pressure pump, that I had already paid for and installed. They would not take any returns nor any credits for their work or incorrect assessment. I messaged them about this and it was ignored. Extremely disappointed and out $5000 for nothing.

Kuhn has been our go-to plumber for years! They clean out the outside traps or just fix a faucet. We wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I have had a very poor experience with this company.
First, they missed their appointment and didn’t give me any notification - they never showed up day of. I was told they would come first thing the following morning but the plumber did not arrive until the afternoon.
I hired them for a simple job of replacing a leaky valve and also replacing a water faucet I had already purchased. Ultimately, I was charged $520 (labor alone) for what I would consider a basic job. The service fee of $120 was not waived or deducted from the final bill.
After the job, I noticed a pool of water below the sink and had to call him back. Even after the second visit, there was still a leak so I had to call him back a 3rd time to finally finish the job.
Lastly, I was supposed to get a quote for installing a disposal but that never came even though I asked for it twice.
Huge waste of time and money.

Full Circle Plumbing and Sewer is simply fantastic. We had a minor issue to fix - faucet handle valve stem broke - but Matt worked the schedule to get someone out here the same day. Tony the plumber was super helpful, got everything fixed extremely efficiently, and consulted on some other things we need to get fixed longer-term. He was even happy to show me a thing or two for my own learning for the future. What more can be said - these guys are super easy to work with and schedule for a time that is convenient. Thanks, Full Circle!

Mikes Plumbing saved me from my plumbing nightmare!!! My house was scheduled for an inspection in less than 24 hours and we had a terribly clogged bathtub drain and a tub full of gunky water! After two hours of plunging, drain snaking, and more- Mike arrived and solved the problem within 10 minutes (this all took place at 10pm!!). I cannot express my gratitude enough! THANK YOU MIKES PLUMBING!!

Chuck is reliable and honest. He is straight forward and gets you up and running ASAP. He works 24/7 and has never let us down. He has been taking care of our home’s plumbing needs for years...almost a decade?

Called GreenTech at 2:00pm-ish on a Thursday and was set up with an 8:00am appointment for Friday morning to scope out our sewer line. The individual on the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable and was able to settle some of my anxieties. The technician, Mark, on Friday morning showed up on time following all CDC guidelines. Mark too, was very knowledgeable. After assessing and evaluating the interior of the home and running a few small tests to verify the sewer layout he got right to work scoping the sewer. He did an initial evaluation of the sewer and then did it again and recorded a video of the second run. On the second run Mark narrated the camera view. I was also provided a thumb drive of the narration and video of the sewer scope. Was very impressed with the thoroughness of the service and the fact I got a record of what we can’t see underground.

Al the plumber is rude, unprofessional, and had no idea how to fix our plumbing problem. After spending $440, he refused to give me any receipt/paperwork (asked in writing 6x) and I had to spend $900 with another plumber to fix what he couldn't do. Al is not professional nor a good plumber.
