Best Anything Plumbing in Chicago IL

We learned the hard way that your sewer line needs to be rodded annually, as root growth into our line has caused a backup twice. Chicago Rescue Plumbing helped us out both times, including when we had tenants in the home last time. We appreciated the team of Pete and Noah coming out again to run a camera through the line and do more intensive rodding and inspection. Pete was very generous with his time and explanations, including showing me how the equipment works and identifying areas they will keep an eye on. They explained the problems and solutions well, and we are glad they will be able to care for our clay sewer pipes with ongoing maintenance. Their additional crew members, Bryan and Paco, were also great, as were Dex and Sam who came out the day before to do a short-term fix. We hope to not need them for emergency services again, and are glad to be on their calendar now for ongoing proactive maintenance.

Updated review: I wish I could give Rescue Plumbing 7 stars. I thought my new plumbing had a leak and it turned out that I installed the shower head wrong (massive facepalm). The same team visited my home and they were gracious, understanding, and fixed the issue quickly. Love this company.
