Best Water Softener Repair in Chesapeake VA

I had an HVAC system completely replaced and had to call after 730 due to a water leak. The dispatch originally had me scheduled for next week which was fine. We can make due…but we ended up getting a call 5 min after hanging up that a technician Ash, would be on his way to look at the unit. Ash showed up in 15 min, with a smile and all equipment needed, and figured out what the issue was. His demeanor and great attitude was awesome. Especially, to come and work on an HVAC unit in the middle of the evening. He even set up a time for another team to come out in the am and finish the repair. I’m so glad we chose Michael & Son’s for our install. I will also request Ash to do our HVAC seasonal maintenance.
