Update: Ash came today and was just amazing! I’m so satisfied with the service I’ve received from this company. Ash really answered every question and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left. He was very pleasant and I will be requesting him to come out again! Give that man a raise! Very professional and upstanding gentlemen!My daughter liked David so much she drew a picture of his sisters dog and shes excited to give to him when they return tomorrow to finish. At one point the install manager stopped in to inspect the work his name was Kenson Dieujuste. He was also very nice and professional.Kenson later came back and installed the window unit and the poor guy had been waiting outside for ten minutes and I hadn’t heard his knocking. I am very thankful as I have hot flashes. He was so courteous and understanding and helped us to realize we need to invest in a door bell. Great experience with this company!!

The young man was knowledgeable, quite pleasant and patient.
He completed both jobs required and left area in tidy order.
