Best Septic System Inspections in Chesapeake VA

Initially, I was disappointed in the price not the service. The initial fee is $49 to come out which is deducted from service. After checking my shower leak, it was a valve needing replaced which caused the dripping. The quote before checking it was $225 then found out the part I had from Lowes would not work so the guy went to get another part to install. The work started at 1550 ( 3:50 pm) and ended about 1715 ( 5:15 pm) . Most of the time spent was difficulty getting the shower piece off then leaving to go and get the part. Putting the part on took every bit of 15 minutes. I am not sure how much the valve cost but it ended up being an additional $160 totaling cost of service $385. Wow, is all i can say! I'm an honest person and have no problems paying for service but I think this was extreme. This is an added comment just today….because the company did reimburse the additional $160! For that I would do business again because nothing was wrong with the service. Thank you!

They even went as far as putting down our concrete and make it look flawless, like true professionals. We were so impressed and will definitely be requesting them again! They were an amazing team. This company needs to give them a raise and make sure they keep guys like them around. They truly went above and beyond to please their customer.
