Very poor customer service was not helpful at all. I'm not pleased

Ben Henderson was my technician and I could not be happier with the service he provided. He showed up right when he said he would and took little time to diagnose my issues and have me up and running. My Father is 90 years old and needs his AC. Happy to say that we are now RS Andrews customers for life. Please give Ben a day off with pay as my thanks for his good work

Jared did an amazing job figuring out the issue with why our A/C wasn’t working. We just moved into this house and did not expect an issue so soon but Jared figured it all out and got us cool again in no time!

Easily the worst HVAC company in Hampton Roads. This company is so scummy that it borders on an outright scam. It's sad that they'd bastardize they name American to this extent. Just open the phone book to heating & air, throw a dart at it and you'll find a more honest company.
