I am happily submitting a review to tell you once again, how fantastic Joe is. But I will guess that you already are fully aware of this fact. Everyone that I interacted with was polite and professional but Joe is the MAN!! He is also polite, friendly and personable but more importantly skilled at his craft. When I called and specifically asked for the snake master the person on the phone knew exactly who I was talking about. As a professional headhunter, I specialize in helping organizations find, hire and retain talented people. My professional advice to you Mr Rooter Owner is this.
1. Give Joe a raise
2. Give him a bonus or if you already give him a bonus, double it!
3. Give him an additional 1 week paid time off

I called Tony to take a look at my damaged toilet on the fly. At the time, he had a scheduling conflict, but he found some time for me the next morning. He was polite, great at staying in touch with me, on time, and expedient with the repair. After the repair, he looked at my garbage disposal, which had been making an odd sound. He fixed that up for me as well, without much time or effort. In all, Tony is knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Great service at a reasonable cost!

Mom had an ongoing issue with a clog in a line. One company suggested that she replace all of her drain pipes for a rather princely sum.
I called Causeway and explained what was going on. They scheduled a tech for a certain date/time. On the day of, they called me to let me know the tech was in transit. When he arrived he asked mom what the issue was, and she showed him. He resolved it, explained what it as, then ran additional tests.
The tech (Jessie I believe his name was) was very respectful of mom. She was very happy with the service, their promptness, and their not trying to sell her services she didn't need.
