The best A/C company I have ever dealt with! After waiting ten days for my home warranty company to fix my A/C, I contacted Russell's as they had previously performed work on my system. They offered to come out and take a look free of charge, and scheduled the visit for the next day. Chris Y. called to let us know that he would be 30 minutes early for our appointment and was extremely professional and courteous. Within 15 minutes of arriving, he had diagnosed a leak in our system and was ready to fix it on site. We had to contact our warranty company to see if they would cover the repair even though Russell's had not been contracted by them and Chris was willing to stop working so that he could explain all the work he was doing to the warranty company so that they would approve it. 30 minutes later, our A/C was back up and running and Chris said he would stop by in a couple weeks just to make sure everything was working fine. This was the third time I have used Russell's and they have always been extremely timely, professional, and efficient. They stand by their work and will not attempt to sell you unneeded extras. Will absolutely use again (fingers crossed I won't have to) and will recommend to friends and family.
