In the process of selling our house, a home inspection was conducted.
We asked for verification that our Rinnai tankless water heater was installed properly, as questioned on the home inspection, which we provided to Premier. The initial report, costing $180, said the Rinnai was installed properly & we spent at least 2 weeks going back & forth with the buyer who insisted we correct the issue. Then premier issued a 2nd inspection report stating that the Rinnai was NOT properly installed. This was very frustrating for all concerned, causing us unnecessary stress and a delayed closing on the sale of our house. Therefore we feel we should be reimbursed the inspection fee of $180.

We had a toilet that had been connected to the hot water, and A1 came out quick, and fixed it without cutting into the walls. They were having phone problems the day I tried to call and every time I called the employee asked to put me on hold....which then hung up on me. On my first call back she let me know they were having phone problems. I understand issues like that happen, but when I finally got through (after 3rd hold-hang up) and explained to the employee what my plumbing problem was and that I would like someone to come to the house to assess and estimate the cost...she said ok, let me put you on hold Knowing that every time she put someone on hold they were disconnected, in effect she was hanging up on me. I found it a little comical, but Norfolk Plumbing is so big that repeatedly(and knowingly) hanging up on customers won't put a dent in their business. Customer service suggestion- if you know that you're having phone problems and your customers are being hung up on...why not take their numbers and offer to call back when the lines aren't so busy. Its a shame I can't get past the receptionist to appreciate their well reviewed plumbing work.
