Best Geothermal Heat Pump in Chesapeake VA

Had a brand new AC unit installed 8 months ago and its suppose to be energy efficient. When the temperature in the house reaches the temperature that it's set on it doesn't shut off it still keeps running when I turn it up 1 degrees to get it to turn off the temperature on the Thermostat goes up 1 degrees and still runs for a min b4 turning off. So if it's set in 73 and its 73 in the house it stays running. Turn it to 74 then temperature goes to 74. Had people come out to many times and they just can't seem to fix it. They're trying I'll give them that but I guess they just sold us a lemon. Had a guy come out yesterday to put a new board in and he didn't even know how to adjust the settings so he leaves it on default now the system is worse then what it was.

Our gas package unit needed a major repair which shut our heat off in January. They promptly ordered the parts in and the technician got the unit up and running in no time. Awesome service and talented technicians

Called at 7:30 PM to request a plumber to repair a water leak in my living room wall. Plumber contacted me within 15 minutes and arrived 30 minutes later. Very pleasant and professional. He explained the work, quoted me a price and then went to work. An hour later repairs were complete and area cleaned up. He helped bleed the lines of air before leaving. Would definitely call them again.
