Had a service appointment today, and was very pleased with the technician that came out, (Lamount Gatling) was professional, polite and kind. He explained everything he was going to be doing. And, got to work. I would highly recommend this company and Lamount, if he is available, to do you plumbing.

I had a water heater disaster on a 3 year old system. Water everywhere. They were in my home in south chesapeake (with booties on). Removed the old, got me credit on the warrant (i did not have my old receipt even) and fixed it within a few hours. I also had my toilets redone due to problems. The only guys I will call or allow in my home. By the way, they wear little booties and did not get one bit of rust or other on the white carpets.

My laundromat was closed down due to a drain clog. Ruth was able to get us on the schedule. Joshua came out and did not QUIT! He got the job done that Roto Rooter could not. Labor Day weekend is very busy for laundromats and Joshua’s work ensured we could stay open. We could not be happier!
