Best Free Estimate in Chesapeake VA

We had a pinhole leak in one of our pipes located in our crawlspace. I called another company this past Wednesday, diagnosed the issue when they came in on a Thursday, but could not fix it until Monday because they were booked. I called Ali-cor and the lady over the phone gave me an early schedule for today (Friday). Brandon and Michael arrived early, were very professional, and were very efficient addressing the issue, plus they charged for a very reasonable price. I very highly recommend this company.

If you need a plumber to actually show up, I do not recommend this company. I called, made an appointment and was given a timeframe to expect the plumber. No one ever came or even had the common courtesy to call if they couldn't make it.

Ned came in to give me a quote to replace a ceiling far and to determine what was happening in my garage as none of the lights turned on. He quickly determined the cause for that and was able to give me an immediate quote. As I decided to move forward he go right to the job and a little under two hours later, everything was up and working. Great job and a fantastic, super nice person to work with.

Never thought I would have a good experience with a plumber.... LOL. The technician Mike #703 and John R. responded quickly to our home and was very thorough in his explanation of what was going on with our sewer line. They got the job done quickly and cleaned up afterwards!

Johnnie came out today and was knowledgeable and quickly solved the leak in our shower. He was professional, pleasant and helpful. I will be recommending Norfolk Plumbing Inc. to others.
