After the repairs were completed, he checked to make sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied with the work and clean up, and then he was on his way. Alonzo #1678 did a great job fixing the leak we had in our water intake valve for our toilet. We then found that the issue with our toilets slow drip wasn’t the leak, but the fill mechanism in the basin. He helped me handle that matter as well and now I have a functioning toilet again.Quick note. I was originally skeptical about all of the reviews with the names at the top. Their customer service rating system is done through Google. So the only way my man Alonzo gets credit for doing a good job is by mentioning his name. That’s why all of these reviews sound like “[Name] did a great job.”That being said, it was a tad pricey. Alonzo fixed my problem that I couldn’t solve, at $508. Overall, the service was good, and there is a six month guarantee.

Very professional, fast, courteous and a great value for all the work that they had to do under my sink, unclogging my kitchen sink and also replacing a pipe!!! Will be using them again in the near future with 2 other plumbing problems we have. All my pipes are down in a cement slab, and we have galvanized steel pipes, so you can imagine what my problems are in a 58 year old home!! Highly recommend them!!!
