I was not happy after my most recent service call. However, Their general manager, Brady was concerned enough to reach out to me and make things better.Needless to say I was impressed that a company as large as Roto Rooter still cares about their customers. My experience with this company was phenomenal. From the time that I placed the call to upon the technician arriving was so speedy!. I had an emergency with my hot water heater and they were on it!. I am so impressed with the service of the technician Josh who explained each step that he needed to do and he was just fantastic with the quality of service he provided and fast I might add. The bill also was explained as well as my warranty. I also would like to thank the receptionist who took my call. She was so helpful and compassionate with my ordeal. Yes overall my experience with this company was outstanding and that's putting it litely.
