After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

Came out on a Friday around 12:00 in the afternoon to fix a collapsed pipe on my septic tank. Could not have asked for a nicer company to deal with.

Went with them after reading all the great reviews. So happy I did! The the lady at the office offered to send a plumber early the day of service. The technician Chris was very helpful explained everything he did and was doing. Gave me advise for possible future problems and cleaned his work area well. Having anyone out to have work done can be stressful. Although I felt at ease. Also for the work done the price was fair IMO. I will definitely have them back again if needed.

This is my second time having to use Roto-Rooter and I don't have any complaints. They came out very fast and accessed the problem and the fixed it. My service guy was very nice as well. I am still a happy customer.
