Best Toilet Installation in Chesapeake VA

I have been using Sean Fixes Johns for nearly two years now. He has installed a complete toilet system in our house, fixed our plumbing in the upstairs bathroom, and most recently, when it was terribly cold outside, our neighbor had a pipe that burst and put thousands of gallons of water into our basement.

Sean answered our emergency call right away and stopped by the house where nearly 4 feet of water was in the basement. He spent nearly 9 hours running three sump pumps to try to clear the basement. Then he came a second day and did it all over again because the neighbor had not had the city turn off the water for their busted pipe. The second day, he spent nearly the same amount of time clearing the basement and then rigged a nice sump pump line to ensure the basement would stay clear if any residual water came in.

The job was fantastic and his pricing was fair. He was nice enough to check in on the house and call a few times to make sure that the basement had stayed clear after the second time.

We will definitely call Sean in the future. He knows his job and is reasonable with pricing. Thanks Sean!!

Sean and Connor did such a fantastic job essentially replumbing our home. A friend in HVAC said it was one of the best plumbing jobs he's seen. I don't anticipate having anymore plumbing issues, and I'm frankly bummed! They were such nice people, I'm going to miss them!

I've used these guys twice and had great service both times. They show up close to on-time (be real here) and do a good job. They're friendly and a good local company. They're now my go-to for plumbing problems.

Excellent Service. Mr. Bertolino went above and beyond our expectations. we had an old jetted tub that had many issues and needed replaced. He explained everything in detail as to what all was needed and rough timelines on when everything could be completed. Before starting anything he covered every inch of the floor him and his associates would be working on with tarps so to not damage anything. As he removed the old tub and discovered other issues he brought those to our attention and explained exactly what he was going to do to resolve them. Everything is complete now and looks amazing. As stated before he went above and beyond our expectations. I WILL definitely be recommending him to anyone I know who needs his services.
