Best Water Heater Repair And Installation in Chesapeake VA

Tony and his son came and replaced my hot water heater. Pointing out the last person who installed my last hot water heater had done a couple of things that didn't meet code. He installed new water heater and install other items that were wrong correctly without additional cost. Very honest and professional.

Matt was professional, courteous and did an awesome job. It was an after hour call and his last one for the night at 9:00pm. He was still thorough and professional like it was his first call of the day. Thanks for all your patience with my Mom and your service. Thanks a BUNCH !!!

We used Cecelias Home Repair to replace an exterior door, install a roof rain diverter and to install an exterior ground drain.

The first basin was installed where I requested it to be. After that installation, the standing groundwater issue remained between that first basin and the 20 feet back to my shed. It was suggested that a second basin be installed. I agreed to same but I did not choose where the second basin would be placed. I allowed them to make that choice using their expertise. When I arrived home and saw the second basin was placed just 3 feet from the first basin I commented that I thought it would be farther back. So basically the first basin now only catches water from the 3 feet between the two basins. We still have standing water from the second basin all the way back to the shed. I contacted Cecelias to discuss the issue and the response was that if I want to pay for a third basin to be installed they could do that. Had I known the second basin would be installed just 3 feet from the first I would not have paid the extra money for that. And it has not helped the issue at all.

The placement of the second basin is the only issue that I have with Cecelias Home Repair. The actual quality of work they did for the installation of the door and the rest of the ground drain installation were very good. Also, the workers were very nice.

Excellent service and quality! We found a major vertical sewer pipe leak in an exterior brick wall. After cutting a small hole behind the dishwasher and confirming that the whole (100 yr old) pipe needed replacement, they called in a local carpenter to take out the cabinets and cut the wall open. They stayed late to make sure the pipe was fully fixed so that we'd still be able to use the upstairs bathrooms, even cleaning up the work area before they left for the day. Had the same carpenter back to help put things back together, and looking at it now you'd never know the whole wall had been opened up. Amazing work and dedication, and very reasonable pricing.

We had an emergency plumbing situation! We called several plumbers, but because of the high volume time everyone turned us away. We called Bud's and no surprise they were completely booked up too; however, they took the time to listen to our issue and actually sent a tech out that was between calls. This tech not only took the time to diagnose the issue, but took the time to remediate the issue so we're could have some functionality until they could come out for the complete fix. We could not be happier with Bud's service. Everyone was polite, professional and knowledgeable.

Arrived within the the time scope. Had all of the needed equipment to diagnose and repair the problem. One solve led to another issue but none the fault of the plumber, just old house and old plumbing.Kudo's to Cody who explained everything, cleaned up after, offered suggestions and mind didn't questions and observation.I cannot speak to the value as I have nothing to compare it too.

Ryan did a very thorough job ensuring he investigated the source of the clogged pipe. He methodically worked from the outside in to ensure that the clog was no longer a concern for me and my family. I will definitely recommend this Ryan to co-workers.

Booked an appointment between 10am and 12 , at 11:53 I called them Since I had not heard from them this morningI never got a courtesy call or anything that they were coming or running late or anything and told me that he would be there at 1pm an hour later. It would’ve been nice if he called Earlier and said he was running late I could’ve taken care of other things instead of waiting around like a dingbat. I have always had plumbing companies touch base with me in the morning to confirm the appointment let me know if there were any issues they would contact me not these people. Their loss 👎🏼
