I called Rob to come out in the Winter of 2011 to convert some old washer/drier connections to the new standard. He told me the job would only take a few hours and it'd be done. Three hours later he was finished without ever having to go under the house. He hands me the bill and it's a whopping $2000. I was taken aback by how he figured he could charge this much. This was partly my fault for not receiving a quote beforehand but his predatory billing scheme is a sign of the kind of business he runs. I kept the refrigerator magnet he gave so that I could recommend my friends and family not use him.

A-1 American provided excellent and quick service. They came out to service and repair my heating system and furnace. I had no heat for a week. My heat was just not working. The tech told me I have an Apollo system that uses my water heater to heat my furnace. They fixed it same day on a weekend. Fast, friendly, and courteous, I highly recommend their service. I would recommend them to anyone for heating, cooling, and plumbing.

Plumber Ridge skilled professionally. Always know what to do. Office staff give inaccurate information about the appointment and fails to keep the customers updated with changes. Since the past year visits are never less then $200 so be prepared. I wasted over 4 hours waiting for the plumber today that time at work would have help paid the cost today. Sure hope the new owner will consider at discount...if not for Ridge I will consider another plumbinqg company.
