We use Jim Dickerson Plumbing and Electrical for any issue we have. They were recommended to us when we first moved to the Charlotte area and we have been pleased with the quality and professionalism of their team for all we have had done to our home. In this instance, Zack was dispatched to fix a leaky faucet. It turned out to be a little more than that when he dug into the problem. Of course, he fixed the issue and the underlying cause. He explained everything and took care of our issue quickly and professionally. We continue to be pleased with all the work from their team and especially, in this case, Zack.
