I just wanted to send you a note to say how outstanding Roby treated us with our HVAC system. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and the problem was resolved – coming during the day to fix it and then coming back that night to fix the problem again. The entire staff was incredible to deal with. I personally spent time talking to Elijah as well as Anthony who after several conversations – came out later in the evening to research and correct the problem. We dealt with several employees of Roby – Elijah, Hunter, Chou and Anthony and all were incredibly patient, understanding of our frustrations, helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone went above and beyond to service us and make sure the problem was resolved. We can’t thank Roby enough for helping us on several occasions and working to make sure there was resolve. Customer service is a failure. They gave me an appointment one week and I told them it was not a convenient time. They rescheduled a week later (no problem - not an emergency). I was told my window was 8-12 am. Called the day before the appt to say my window was 4-6pm - I couldn't be there. They insisted they never gave me a different time; the person who said this was the same one who made the 8-12am appt. bc I recognized her voice.
