The service that I received from Jim at Michael and Sons was phenomenal. Jim is not only knowledgeable, but he wasn't pushy, and was very transparent and helpful when giving me the information needed to make a decision for my HVAC replacement. He is a super nice guy, and I feel confident and comfortable with my decision to use Michael and Sons because of him! Excellent customer service, Excellent prices, and excellent quality for the HVAC system as well.

Have has an on going problem in master bath, toilet bubbling. Finally had to call a 24/7 plumber on a holiday weekend. Angelo was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Gave me options, some of which I have already had done in the past and seemed to be a temporary fix. He was informative and left all decisions to me with a no pressure feeling. Once he found the problem I decided to ahead and have him blow out the pipes if you will, lol. A little bit more than I wanted to pay but figured it’s worth a try since I’m tired of dealing with it. I would definitely use zoom drain again! After all, they say you get what you pay for! Fingers crossed the problem is solved. Feel confident so far.

We had a leak that no one could find. Two plumbers came and went, scratching their heads. These folks came, found the leak and were able to fix it. They were pleasant to deal with and I'm sure they saved me more than the water bill I would have gotten without them. Great people and great work.

Lawrence is very professional and he did a great job replacing 4 interior doors for us. We would recommend him if you need new doors installed! He looked for ways to minimize our costs! Great job!

I am so appreciative to Chris for repairing our dryer. We were able to get an appointment quickly, he was within the appointment time frame, and he repaired the issue quickly.
