Best Restaurant Plumbing in Charlotte NC

I have a well at my home. We lost water pressure on Saturday and by Sunday we had no water. Now if your water has ever been out you know how terrible it is. I have used Option One Plumbing before and I called them on Sunday and they scheduled a plumber to come out on Monday between 1-3pm. Tyler and Scott arrived at my home on time and after inspecting the system knew that it was a well pump issue. They went over all of my options and answered all of my questions and scheduled the repair for Tuesday morning at 9am. They were on time and made the necessary repairs and I had water that afternoon. I woke up this morning to discover that one of my outdoor hose bibs burst and
was spewing water. I called AAA Plumbing and they were able to get Shannon out here in about 2 hours even though they’ve been swamped with calls due to the extremely low temperature over the last several days. He was immediately able to identify a solution and quickly completed the repair. Highly recommend AAA. This is my second time using them and they are fast, reliable, and professional.

DO NOT CALL THIS GUY!!!! He is extremely rude, disrespectful and a know it all but unfortunately knows nothing about customer service. Terrible experience!
