Matt was terrific. On time, very professional, but also really nice and personable. My cat ? adored him. That, plus excellent work and great service, I will use Roby and ask for Matt specifically, the next time we need help. I have thought very highly of Roby for years and this was another example of their professionalism with a friendly safe feeling (I hate to say I have felt uncomfortable with some individuals in my home, but never Roby. Plus if the cat approves, I know he is a good guy.) In all seriousness, highly recommended.

I was told that Chris would be a great plumber to work with and that he's an honest contractor and I couldn't agree more. Chris and Mac took care of a nasty leak in our living room ceiling and left the place cleaner than when they got here. They were very courteous and fair.
