They don’t answer the phone or return phone calls. I had work done for months ago, and my sink is now leaking all over again.

Did the work I called them to do & then they did extra & didn't charge me more. I called the next day with a question that didn't apply to their job & he was polite and helped me anyway. Great job & I will use Burl's Plumbing again.

They called us to let us know that they were on their way. Very professional and polite. Installed our gas logs, cleaned up, and gave through instructions. Great people!
