Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. We had a leak that no one could find. Two plumbers came and went, scratching their heads. These folks came, found the leak and were able to fix it. They were pleasant to deal with and I'm sure they saved me more than the water bill I would have gotten without them. Great people and great work.

We called John at Payless Plumbers Matthews for an emergency repair & had a good experience. I broke a garden hose faucet clean off the side of our house, leaving a broken pipe in the wall, late in the evening. John answered my call close to 8 PM, established that we'd turned off the main water, and offered to come first thing in the morning. He and his coworker were timely, polite, and quickly repaired the problem. They mounted a new faucet far more securely than the old one. I was extra pleased with how tidy their repair looked. John made sure the faucet was perfectly straight, the sealant was super tidy and almost invisible, and the siding was repaired as neatly as possible, even though it was just a garden spigot behind a bush. I found it quite professional. And the price was fine. I would hire again.
