Best New Fixture Installed in Charlotte NC

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

Bonnie is the sweetest woman and runs the appointments. They have done previous work for me when my child through an apple charger in the toilet. This time I needed one of our toilets to be reinstalled due to flooring being placed in the bathroom. The plumber was polite and cordial. However, he used our cleaning supplies and roles of paper towel. He than asked if we had silicone to seal the toilet. They wanted to charge us for his commute to Home Depot to purchase some. And than we were charge 3 dollars for the silicone they purchase. The cost for a whole tube. It took him 2.5 hrs to reinstall a toilet that had zero issues. My wife called to share her concerns and Bonnie responded with irritation. We will not use them going forward. If you know the details of the work in advance you should have the supplies you need before hand instead of asking the client. We were charged over 300.00 for the work they did. We will not use or recommend them going forward. Hope the review helps.

As a Priority Advantage member, we've used Morris-Jenkins for quite a few years to do the Spring & Fall maintenance on our HVAC.  Everyone we've dealt with has been extremely professional and super nice. This time, we needed a huge job: to remove and replace the original 1998 ductwork the builders had installed.  Morris-Jenkins salesman, Jake, came out on Tuesday to give an estimate.  During the process, he took photos of our crawlspace and showed us not only the disgusting-looking ductwork but also drew a diagram as to how the ductwork had been installed: all over the place with apparently no rhyme or reason as to why.  That in itself explained why our master bed & bath had never been properly heated or cooled.On Wednesday, the crew showed up promptly and started immediately.  It took a day and a half, and our system is working extremely well.  Neil was awesome in explaining what he was doing and what we could expect.  One thing is certain: the A/C on Tuesday 5/3/22 was horrible and the A/C on Thursday, 5/5/22, is fantastic!  Such a huge and very much appreciated difference.  Our 19-month-old grandson's hair blows every time he walks by a register - something that NEVER happened before.  A huge shout-out to the Morris-Jenkins crew: we appreciate you more than you know!

I was blown away by the service and skill of the guys who came to work on my project. It was a big job -- installing a new master water line and replacing a broken sewer overflow pipe. Other plumbers I had out to bid on the job felt that the excavation on my hill would be too challenging, but Stonewall from Presidential Plumbing said no problem. He guided that big excavator like a surgeon. It was very impressive. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs!
