Today I had an awesome conclusion to a scary problem. An inspection of my basement furnace turned up a gas leak. I got that information at around 11:00 this morning and after calling Morris Jenkins I had a technician scheduled from 1:00-4:00 On The Same Day!!! Wow. Chase called me at 1:30 and was at my home by 2:00. The problem was a leak in the valve and he had the part on his truck.....to a 20 year old unit. Another Wow. Service, service, service. Chase kept me informed the entire time and was very professional and very knowledgeable. I was in TN so all this was by phone. Your employees and your company get the highest rating from me.
