John Bird was absolutely wonderful! I know nothing about our plumbing system and he was very helpful in explaining what was going on and how to fix it in the future. Danny looked competent while estimating but he ended up being a lousy plumber. Danny flooded my house. Danny did not care about the quality of his workmanship. Danny refused to correct anything. I finally had to get someone else to fix his work.
