She was informative, courteous, and took the time to explain to me exactly how Benjamin Franklin Plumbing conducts business. Shannon arranged for a plumber to perform a same-day visit to my home.As promised, the technician, Kevin C., called to say he was on his way. Upon arrival, he immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me a written estimate, and then performed the necessary work when I approved the estimate. Kevin was knowledgeable, worked quickly, and fixed the problem. Furthermore, he was professional, courteous, and answered our questions. This is the kind of customer service I remember growing up. It's good to know that people like Shannon and Kevin C. are representing Benjamin Franklin Plumbing with excellence and providing the service their customers deserve.

Ryan has come to the house multiple times and I cannot speak highly enough of his workmanship and professionalism. Definitely recommend them for any plumbing related job as they have completed multiple repairs in our home.
