Had a small drip coming from upstairs into the kitchen.Technician and his apprentice tried charging me almost 200 bucks just to drill a hole in the ceiling. When he saw my expression and realized he was out of his mind, he went out to his car to do my paperwork, came back in, and said he wanted to start over and that it would only be 49 to drill a hole. 175 to 49 in a matter of 10 minutes is a bit too extreme to be trusted. On top of that, he tried giving me the name of his friend. If I don't trust you, then why the hell would I trust your friend? Lol!
