I have called this company for different reasons and they are very responsive with a call back if they do not answer the initial call. Rapid has done a couple of different jobs for us to above expectations. We have worked with two technicians, TJ and Chris, and they are very professional and courteous. Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
