Roto-Rooter was extremly professional and resoponsive from the very initial phone call. The inside customer service kept me updated and notified at all times, and the service technician John showed up exactly when he said he would with out the 3hr window some companies give. John was extremly professional, and made me feel at ease. The problem with my water heater was diagnosed and fixed in an 1 1/2, so my family could have a warm shower!!! I would recomend Roto-Rooter and especially John to anyone I know. Thanks!!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
