It was almost 9:30 P.M. when we got home from dinner, and he was here waiting for us. We did not know he was coming this late on a Sunday night. He could not see the area that needed attention in the dark, so he said someone would be here tomorrow to work on it. I could understand that, and it was fine for us. Everyone at Ben Franklin has always been professional and polite. They always do the work like it is their property. You can't ask for more than that. Great work every time.

Just had a wonderful experience with these gentlemen.I called and they picked up immediately (I called 3 other 5-star plumbers before calling them who still haven't called me back!). Call them first and you will save a lot of frustration.

They made an appointment for only a few hours later. They were polite, efficient, friendly with my dog, and took care of my emergency issue (broken drain pipe under the sink) as well as several smaller issues in the bathroom (leaky pipe that just needed to be tightened, another pipe that needed to be replaced, etc).

I especially appreciated that they told me that one pipe just needed to be tightened, when I thought it needed to be replaced. After they left, I was so happy with their work that I changed my mind about something that I had planned to DIY - called them and they were still in the neighborhood- they were very nice about being called back and actually fixed it for FREE!

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!
