Ricky did an exellent job. He did everything he could do to fix the problem. Unfortunatly it didn't work. But he told me it might not work before he started. So he's coming back wednesday to try something else. Very pleased with his work. Thanks!

Chip from Plumbing Connections called me before coming out to make a service call, and spent about an hour at the house doing a thorough inspection. He identified the problem and gave me a VERY affordable quote both for a spot fix, and if I wanted to replace the length of the main line. He made valuable suggestions and was very thorough in answering my questions. The following day, Chip and Mike returned in a punctual manner, and both gentlemen set to work, diligently resolving the issue in under 4 hours. They left the work site clean and were both top notch in courteousness and professionalism. Sharon at the Plumbing Connections Gastonia office also deserves mention.
