We are super happy with the work Service Pro Plumbing did to find and repair a leak we noticed in our ceiling. They came out the first time and assessed the situation and at first we thought it might be a non-issue so they told us to watch it and call them back if it got bigger and they would wave the dispatch fee. Unfortunately, it got bigger but they were true to their word and came right back out and repaired our toilet. They were very genuine and made sure to stay away from any aggressive options that would have been costly. The prices were super reasonable and they made us feel very confident in their work! Would highly recommend.

We contracted The Plumbing Co to resolve several plumbing issues. They showed up when promised, and were very professional. He explained what was needed to be done and informed me of the price. All of the issues were resolved for the quoted price. Best of all, there were no surprises.

Hired Dean to perform some indoor renovation work. Agreed on payment of 50% to start the work and the remaining after completion. However just at the beginning of the project (not even finished the demolishing work), Dean requested full amount to be paid to proceed the work. After I insisted that the remaining 50% to be paid after completion just as initial agreement signed, Dean pulled plug of the work. The amount of the work he completed doesnt even worth 10% of the project total cost. Pretty much lost my 50% of initial deposit. Be careful of this company.
