This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

This business is a class act. I contacted Mark almost a year ago for a quote on a water softener, and some other improvements, and when finally ready, I called him back and he said he would honor his original quote. The price was very fair and beat several others we had researched in the time since the quote. We scheduled installation of the softener just a few days out, and Mark arrived as scheduled, giving me notice when he was on his way, and installed the softener in good time. He provided great instructions on use and maintenance, and I felt more like a friend than just a quick customer. When I need a plumber, I know who to call--Mark makes this an easy decision.

Quick friendly and professional service

The pipes under the kitchen sink were not done properly by a plumber 8 years ago so, when l had a clogged drain, l noticed a leak as well. I called Lawson Plumbing because the carwater started coming out of the clean out. Harley, my assigned plumber, called and was able to come earlier than scheduled. He assessed the situation, replaced the sink piping underneath and replaced the clean out cover (because mine was missing the middle screw). And that was it! Cost less than anticipated and was done earlier then expected! Now l can use my kitchen sink, garbage disposal and dishwasher without worrying about a flood!! Great job, great service. First time out they weren't able to clear the line with the snake. Offered to come out again the next day with a different machine. After some troubles the tech was able to get everything flowing again. I appreciate that they were persistent and wanted to fix it for me and that they did not charge me again for the second visit. Shows integrity!
