AZ Preferred Plumbing LLCe worked with our Home Warranty company to accommodate our special circumstances and sent someone out to fix our blower the same day we called in despite an otherwise week-long wait for service. Both the customer service representative on the phone and the technician that came to our house were very pleasant, and the technician even taught my husband a few things about maintaining and servicing the air conditioner as she worked on it. We will definitely be using their service again in the future!

We had a clog that traditional drain cleaners couldn’t take care of. Called cure all. Leo came out and did a great job. We also appreciated the tips he gave us for keeping the drains clean. We will use cure all again.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

I am not one to write negative reviews, but unfortunately pretty disappointed that I schedule an appointment with Lawson to get a quote on a Soft Water System, they gave me a 2pm-5pm time frame to have some at the house to provide a quote. I took off work to be at the house during that time and was here for 3 hours waiting to hear from them, and never received a call. I called the office to ask if anyone was showing up when 5pm rolled around and no one had called or showed up. I was told that they received a call to reschedule the appointment to another day, which I absolutely did not do. They could not tell me who or why someone would reschedule my appointment without notifying me and didn't seem to have much to say other than someone rescheduled the appointment. Waste of time and not a good sign of how they handle customer service.

My upstairs water heater broke and leaked through our ceiling on a Saturday night. I called several plumbing companies on Sunday morning and Second Opinion Plumbing was the only one that could come out that day.

My technician was Charles and he was fantastic! Very friendly, explained the entire procedure and did a great job on my very difficult problem.

We will definitely use this company for all our personal and business needs.

I had a leaking faucet which couldn't be fixed and I really tried unsuccessfully to get someone to resolve it. Fortunately enough, this company was more than willing to accomodate my requests. The plumber came right on schedule and was able to stop the leak once and for all. I should also mention, it was done in just a few minutes. Streamline has been nothing but great. I had an unexpected leak in my back yard. They were great with communication and worked with my work schedule. They even were able to get us in sooner due to how long we had our leak. When their employee Jason came out he was very professional, explained and showed me the work, and was very efficient. Waterex Plumbing has been our goto for our plumbing needs. The first time we utilized them was to help with a slab leak. A repair that was going to cost literally $10,000 was solved by a fraction of the cost by using more modern piping solutions. Vets came out when my septic tank backed up. The tank lid was not put on correctly and it caused it to collapse. Steve reset the lid and pumped out the dirt so we can use it. They are coming out Tuesday to seal the lid and install a riser.
