Great service

We called Norfleet about a moaning hose bibb. He came out and fixed it. A week later, my wife turned on the water, and the faucet wouldn't turn off. When she gave it a little oomph, the handle broke! Called him back, and it was replaced, no problem. They warranty everything for two years. We're really happy with the responsiveness, and will absolutely call them for future plumbing needs.

Spoke with manager about cold call to 78 yr old alzeimer and dementia affected mother in law. Cold call for general checkup on a 2019 new install. Confused 78 yr old convinced she needed over $800 in repairs, remember this is a fairly new install. Grandma Stenen has no idea what happened. Shame on this company for doing nothing after speaking with manager. I was told manager would reach out to mother in law to get a sense if she understands what happened.
