He returned my call immediately, quoted me a price, performed the work within 24 hours of my call to him and charged me exactly what he quoted even though he fixed a couple extra things that were not included in the original quote. His price was more than reasonable, it was SUPER! He also left the work area as clean as it was when he arrived. He didn’t try to up sell me anything and was a very nice person. I would not hesitate to leave him alone in my house if there were a need to. I recommend this company whole heartedly!!! No regrets!

Kyle with Second Opinion Plumbing removed our old broken water heater, installed a tankless water heater, fixed some plumbing in the garage, and installed a backyard mister system. The work was perfect. He was professional, quick, easy to work with. I really appreciated how quick he responded to our need and how he explained everything. Overall, I will continue to call them. I did not get the name of the technician yesterday but the previous three have all been very good with Customers. Yesterday's was a bit more condescending than I prefer.
Also, they want payment up front, not just for materials but all labor to do the work/install. This can be disconcerting if not frustrating if you are not prepared.

This company was absolutely AMAZING in diagnosing our plumbing issue. Our technicians name was Brian Schneider and he was OUTSTANDING! Wonderful customer service, extremely respectful and prompt in diagnosing the issues we had. We had one other company come out prior to Brian and they were through our home warranty problem and my gosh that other company was a JOKE! Brian showed up ready to work even though it was so late in the day, he worked so hard the entire time and found multiple problems that the other company missed completely!!!! If we could give them ten stars thanks to Brian we absolutely would!! Thank you so much!!
