Had a sump pump alarm and malfunction. Pat was incredible, professional, thorough, and it was back working in no time. Could have charged me a small fortune or diagnosed something that I didn't really need. Nice to see ethical behavior. I highly recommend Pat and Free Flowing Sewer and Drains !

$95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

We have quite a unique review - while we didn’t utilize them for our AC repair due to home warranty constraints - we would and will for any future repairs based on our interaction with them today.

We are in a pickle with our home warranty company (American Home Shield - don’t use ever) as they denied our claim on a inspection that miss-diagnosed our AC issue. Needless to say we wanted a second opinion from a reputable company and all of the positive reviews led me to the Hansen Family. They came out first thing the following day from when I first called. John was on time, polite, and cordial. He took the time to look at our AC unit, including the issue the other AC company said was the problem - went outside and tested the Freon and cooling and found the true issue. He was very informative and explained the issue and quoted the repair and offered to fix on the spot.

If the repair was not as big if an issue as it is we would have done right then and there. However, due to the problem we are stuck fighting with our home warranty company.

However, we are due for new units soon and will definitely use the Hansen Family. In additions to any repairs that need to be done as they have 5 star customer service!

This is the second time I have used this company and have not been disappointed either time. They installed a new AC unit at my business and then repaired an outside broken water pipe at my home. They had to work in unbelievable conditions ...115 degrees and had to dig 25 feet from house to street. Work was done well. Clean up was unbelievable. Kudos to both Justin and Austin!! I would recommend them and this company any time!!

Chris Walsmann was extremely thorough explaining everything in regards to our toilet repair. He checked for any leaks throughout the house. He was also very friendly, helpful and went out of his way to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend Cactus Valley Plumbing.

Had a leak in the faucet I was troubleshooting for a couple days so I called Streamline to see if they could swing by and check it out. Rich was pretty awesome in taking my call and troubleshooting via text message and pictures of the faucet. He was able to validate the issue, check for replacement parts and schedule a time to come by the house on THE SAME DAY!

Very thankful to Jason (tech) who came by (on time) and easily replaced the faucet (and RO tap). These guys were super-professional, helpful and I really appreciated the great experience.

We used WaterEx Plumbing to replace a outside shut off value and water spicket. Douglas Bennion did a fantastic job with a fair and reasonable price. When we need plumbing services again we'll call WaterEx. We highly recommend WaterEx Plumbing.

Had American Leak fix a leak on a return line on the pool. It costed a little under 1K A year later the stuff they fixed was broken again. They did not cover any of it. I even talked to a couple managers and still nothing. I decided to fix it myself and they poured the pipes in concrete... What a nightmare. Fortunately I spent the time to do it right this time. Avoid these folks! Terrible service. Terrible quality
