Best Water Line Leak in Chandler AZ

I had an unfortunate situation with an other larger plumbing company in the area. I went to Pat for a quote on a water heater and told him my unique situation. He provided such reasonable pricing, validated my situation, and explained his cost. He was always responsive as this situation required various calling back and scheduling. He really made me feel well taken care of, unlike the previous company I was using. Now I am sitting here writing a review with a new water heater perfectly installed and under REASONABLE PRICING, thanks to Pat! I will go to him for future plumbing services and recommend to anyone.

Very professional work and great attitude.

I am a first time homeowner and I was looking for someone to do plumbing work on my house. We had just moved in and were not sure where to start. My friend recommended Innovative Plumbing & Drain. They came out to my house the same day I called them and did an inspection of my pipes and plumbing system. They told me what needs to be done and how much it would cost me. They cleaned up after themselves as well. The next week they came back out to do the repairs and everything went well. I will definitely recommend this company!

We have used Mark from Top Notch Plumbing on several occasions. He has installed new toilets, garbage disposal, installed R/O & changed filters, repaired outside faucets, installed a water softener, & a few other things. Zippity Split came out for what we thought was an easy fix shower leak. Turned out to be much bigger but Frank quickly helped us get connected to a restoration company and get the issue resolved. He made many visits during the process, always on time, professional, and fast! I would absolutely recommend them and if we ever have plumbing issues will be our first call.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

I highly recommend this professional, courteous company in general and technician Chris in particular for his skill in fixing my water main leak problem and patiently answering many questions I had about plumbing. Absolutely terrible. $450 to detect a pool leak. Spent 20 minutes at my house and marked a spot. I waited 6 weeks for them to send the report so I could give it to the repair company. No leak within 4 foot radius. Company said 5 foot radius needed and no warranty since it had been more than 30 days. They waited to send me the report till after the warranty expired just in case it was wrong. Negative 5 stars would still be too nice.
