This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

I've used Alexander since 2007 when I moved to Arizona and he has been nothing but reliable. From a broken hot water heater on New Years Eve to a malfunctioning toilet, he has been quick to respond to any plumbing issues I've had. I would highly recommend their service. They came out to do a drain inspection because the tree in our front year had busted the main sewer line. I didn't even know this was possible. $95.00 to unplug the toilet. $165 to install an angle stop on the toilet. 20 minutes worth of work and a $5 part for $260.00 wow . That's $775.00 an hour. I was in the wrong business!!!!

Had my main line break. Mark (owner) came out right away walked me through the solution making sure I understood any risks or concerns. Fixed the issue quickly.

He explained the solution to my plumbing problems in plain terms and not only informed me that the parts may be still under a manufacturer warranty, he helped me deal with the manufacturer to obtain those parts at no cost.
