Best Water Leak Repair in Chandler AZ

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

Great experience with Mark and his team! Wanted to get a water softener installed, and a lot of the competitors wanted to pressure me into buying one through them and also quoted insane labor prices. Mark recognized that I already knew what I wanted and was much more reasonable with his pricing. Arrived on time and provided high quality work. I found a leak in my system on Saturday night and I called a few places to schedule a repair and they all said to wait until Tuesday. I then contacted this company and they had someone out the next day. They came to inspect it and installed the new water heater the same day. Bobby was quick in installing the heater and even reached out to someone to inspect the damage to the dry wall. I will definitely be returning for the three year inspection.

We have had several repairs and jobs done by Jaimie Innes with J.I. Plumbing and never been so pleased with a company than we are with these folks. They are professional, courteous and especially fair priced!

One instance was a Saturday afternoon, we arrived home to find our garage and driveway FLOODED with water. Once we got inside, we saw the water softener fittings had dry rotted and burst. Immediately, we called J.I. Plumbing who instructed us to turn off the water and within a half an hour, Jaimie was present, fixing the situation. Unfortunately, this caused a problem with our water heater and Jaimie immediately replaced that as well for well under any pricing I had seen elsewhere.

J.I. Plumbing has installed a garbage disposal in the sink, new kitchen sink and faucet, Reverse Osmosis set up, and water heater. He has been our plumber for sewer clogs (we have large trees) and other mishaps.... again, VERY FAIRLY PRICED and always professional and prompt service.

I would never recommend another plumber than J.I. Plumbing.

Great service! They even give you phone numbers of other plumbing companies to call first which I did but PlumbSmart had the lowest price and the best service, got a new water heater installed the same day for about half the price others quoted. Thanks Matt.

Very friendly and good estimate, definitely must use again

They are fairly disorganized (technician shows up to inspect the pipes but does not have a sewage camera on his truck). After another visit, yet a third visit by someone else is required to snake the pipe. That takes days to schedule and is then rescheduled the day before. But in the end, they got the job done well and fairly cost effective. And most importantly, they are certainly not one of the plumbing companies who try to scam you with unnecessary repairs (I had my fair share of those).
