Best Under Slab Repairs in Chandler AZ

This is a family business. We were so impressed with how thorough they were how they checked the pipes with the camera 2 to 3 times. We give them very high rating for how efficient, friendly, great communication. They found a blockage in our kitchen line and used a water jetter to force the blockage through the main pipe to septic. The the plumber and his son used the camera again and found a 1foot long leak under our slab in the family room. So he jack hammered it 1ft by 1ft. then he dug down to the cast iron pipe and saw there was a break and sitting water in the hole. then he had to jack hammer it 6ft long by 2 ft wide to be able to get to the pipe to repair it. Then he had to fill in the hole with dirt, cement the slab. Thank Free Flowing for all your hard work for 12 hours a day. We highly recommend Free Flowing they are hard working, honest,

Called AZ Preferred Plumbing to fix an outdoor leak and possibly replace shut off valves for 2 sinks.
The tech they sent had a hard time trying to operate their quote system and had to constantly call his boss to figure it out. Then the 2 quotes he gave me were added wrong (severely over the added price).
For a simple job of replacing 4 water shut off valves, wanted to charge me $130 a piece! Needless to say this went undone.
For the work he did do he did a great job as far as I can tell, just with all the problems, I will go with another company next time.

Shawn was on time, very professional, polite. The job was very difficult but he was able to install all parts. He left the job clean. I couldn't be more pleased.

ASAP did a job for my niece. I’m a retired service/repair plumber in San Diego area. Gas WH installation looks good. They replaced it for access to replace 3 handle T/S. There is some missing tile grout behind the T/S valve hot escutcheon. That could of easily been repaired or at least caulked.
Overall the price they quoted seemed to be fair. Regarding various photos they have posted on their website I’m a bit leery on some of their repairs. Could just be difference in local code requirements. So I’ll just give them 3⭐️

They are fairly disorganized (technician shows up to inspect the pipes but does not have a sewage camera on his truck). After another visit, yet a third visit by someone else is required to snake the pipe. That takes days to schedule and is then rescheduled the day before. But in the end, they got the job done well and fairly cost effective. And most importantly, they are certainly not one of the plumbing companies who try to scam you with unnecessary repairs (I had my fair share of those).
